一、1060铝板的介绍
1060铝板带,含铝量达到99.6%以上又被称为纯铝板,在铝板带家族中属于一款常用的系列。此系列铝板的优势:为常用的系列,生产过程比较单一,技术相对于比较成熟,价格相对于其它高档合金铝板有巨大优势。有良好的延伸率以及抗拉强度,完全能够满足常规的加工要求(冲压,拉伸)成型性高。为工业纯铝,具有高的可塑性、耐蚀性、导电性和导热性,但强度低,热处理不能强化可切削性不好;可气焊、氢原子焊和接触焊,不易钎焊;易承受各种压力加工和引伸、弯曲。
二、1060铝板的适用范围
1060广泛应用于对强度要求不高的产品.。产品常用于招牌、广告牌、建筑物外观装饰、公车车身、高楼与工厂墙身装饰、厨房洗涤槽、灯座、风扇叶、电子用件,化工仪器、薄板加工件、深拉或旋压凹形器皿、焊接零件、热交换器、钟表面及盘面、铭牌、厨具、装饰品、反光器具等。

1060 aluminum strip is a specification of aluminum wire.
Common wire specifications are:
1, 1.5, 2.5, 4, 6, 10, 16, 25, 35, 50, 70, 95, 120, 150, 185, and 240 square millimeters.
Less commonly used sizes include: 0.5, 0.75, 300, 400, and 500 square millimeters.
Aluminum is a chemical element. Its chemical symbol is Al, and its atomic number is 13. Aluminum is the third most abundant metal element in the Earth's crust, after oxygen and silicon. In terms of metal varieties, it ranks second only to steel. By the end of the 19th century, aluminum began to emerge as a competitive metal in engineering applications and became popular for a time. The development of three major industries—aviation, construction, and automotive—has led to an increased demand for materials with properties similar to those of aluminum and its alloys. This has greatly benefited the production and application of this new metal. Aluminum has a wide range of applications.
Introduction to 1060 Pure Aluminum Strip:
The 1060 aluminum strip belongs to a product series within the pure aluminum plate family. It shares similar chemical composition and mechanical properties with the 1060 series products. In current applications, it has largely replaced other types of aluminum strips. The last two Arabic numerals in the 1060 aluminum strip series are 50. According to international naming principles, products containing more than 99.5% aluminum are considered acceptable. China's aluminum alloy technical standards (GB/T3880-2006) also clearly stipulate that the aluminum content of 1060 should reach at least 99.5%. Since it does not contain other technical elements, its production process is relatively simple, and its price is relatively cheap. It is a common series used in regular industries today. Industrial pure aluminum is known for its high ductility, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity. However, it has low strength and cannot be strengthened through heat treatment. Its machinability is poor, but it can be welded by contact or gas welding methods.

Aluminum wire is made from aluminum or aluminum alloy rod blanks through drawing into coils of wire products, including high purity aluminum wire, ordinary aluminum wire, and alloy aluminum wire. High purity aluminum wire contains over 99.9% aluminum and is used in the electronics industry for vacuum coating and aluminum paper production. Ordinary aluminum wire has less than 99.9% aluminum content and is used in the manufacture of wires and cables for motors and appliances as well as for rivets and welding materials. Aluminum alloy wire is used in electronics and textiles departments and for wires, cables, rivets, solders, etc.

Heat Treatment Specifications for 1060 Aluminum Material:
1) Full Annealing: Heat to 390~430°C; hold for different times depending on material thickness (typically between 30~120 minutes); cool slowly from oven at a rate of 30~50°C/hour to below 300°C then air cool;
2) Rapid Annealing: Heat to 350~370°C; hold for different times depending on material thickness (typically between 30~120 minutes); air or water cool;
3) Quenching and Ageing: Quench at 500~510°C followed by air cooling; artificial ageing at 95~105°C for 3 hours then air cool; natural ageing at room temperature for 120 hours;
Maintenance of 1060 Aluminum Materials:
During stamping, stretching, casting, forging, or machining processes, aluminum materials may come into contact with stamping oil, stretching oil, demolding agents, cutting fluids, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to clean, dry, and protect aluminum products before storage after production completion.
